Great for hooded eyes.

I have been looking for a gel liner for a softer line than my felt-tip liner. I use this with Urban Decay shadow primer under my eye makeup and it does not budge! Also, the caviar is a nice dark brown/black so is a bit softer than a pure black but doesn’t look brown at all.

Favorite eyeliner

This had been my favorite shade (chocolate shimmer ink) for years. The star off is due to how quickly it dries out before you can even use half the product - would rather have a smaller less expensive option.
