Did something change?

Since its launch, this mascara instantly became my favorite. But my recent purchase makes me think they’ve changed something in the formula or the brush as it makes my lashes clumpy and it lost its lengthening effect. Not sure what happened here but I’m disappointed with the recent restocked version

Mid at best

Honestly, I’ve tried many tubing mascaras and this one is my least favourite. It doesn’t hold a curl or lift whatsoever. Doesn’t feel very black either — may be grabbing my face base?
