Glowy? or Sweaty?

My skin is not dry and not oily so I bought this thinking in the dryer months I could probably use this to give my skin that glowy look after makeup. I have a pretty good skin routine so I am not sure why this left me looking like I just worked out. I didn’t care for it because I looked like I needed an oil absorbing wipe. Not the “glowy” look I was going for. I have tried using it many times and switching up my skin prep but I end up with the same result. Maybe it’s my routine but I stuck to the matte version and I like it much better. I would stay away from this if you have oily skin.
