When I tested the sample at the store, it was great, but when I actually tried to use it there was no pigment, it smudged by the end of the day, and it was difficult to apply. I ended up returning it.

Great liner, nice matte pigment.

This I’m my 3rd purchase of the liner. I love it. The only thing is that after used for awhile the the brush tends to feather making liner strokes not as precise. Is anyone else having this issue or is there something I can do the remedy this issue. Do tell.
