Best for makeup removal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makeup remover works very well and is not drying to my over 60 skin. It is the only remover I have found that does not irritate my eyes.

IT Bye Bye Balm

Bye bye balm. Very smooth texture that melts into skin - not irritating, doesn’t feel oily, and no smell at all! -1 star bc mascara still on despite a good cleanse with warm water so I needed a second cleanse. But, overall would buy again!
