Volumizing Primer

I ordered this as part of a large order. When I went to use it for the first time there was a hole in the protective foil and the top is too big for the bottle. Clearly it had been used and returned. Terrible quality control!!

I have been a Virtue believer for years, but never tried leave-in conditioner until very recently. Why ever did I wait so long? Light weight, which is essential for my fine hair, but oh so effective. Plus, I feel I can better control the dosage amount after washing. I pump a bit in my palm, rub my palms together, and work through it my hair as needed.
