Okay product but packaging isn't great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The serum itself hasn't done much to reduce the appearance or frequency of my split ends. I have long, wavy, dry hair normally. I haven't dealt with split ends until the last two years and was hoping this would solve my problem, but sadly it didn't. Also the packaging isn't great. The top doesn't screw on all the way and leaks product everywhere.
