First shampoo bar a challenge

A friend gifted me (and raved about) my 1st set. Followed her instructions how to use them. Great results, except that the shampoo bar never made a lather, no matter what I did. A dud? She convinced me to try again-second shampoo lathers up immediately. So a good ending to the story.

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to using this conditioner, however it was so difficult to get it on my hair & even tho I’d make there wasn’t any water left over on its net, every morning there’d be a a puddle of oil on bottom of my bathtub from it dripping.
