Pulled my hair

The roller balls are not smooth where they meet the oil openings, and my hair gets caught and breaks. Further, minimal amounts of oil come out.

It Leaks,

Although this is a great small gadget to be able to put whatever hair serum you want in it so that you can get it directly to your scalp, it has a nasty habit of leaking. Yes, I know it has a cap but if it isn't leaking on your counter it's leaking inside the cap when you're pouring the serum into it. And once you put the rubber stopper on it, which is not always easy that makes it leak even more.. Sadly, I'm not sure I'll use it too much because of how it waste my precious serum.
