Not What I Hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dry, itchy scalp and have tried many products with no long term results. Unfortunately, the Scalp Revival has been much of the same experience. It feels really good going on and for a few hours but then I'm back to that dry, itching.
