Excellent cream!

I see a lot of people complaining about the formula change?? I didn’t use the old so I am curious what I missed? However I am very happy with the cream I just received!! I have bought a lot of creams thru the years and this is one of my favorites!! It’s so creamy but not greasy! It’s a little cooling when you put it on. Also has a nice scent, not overpowering at all. Very nice!! Good size jar too!! Someone said there were bits in their jar?? LOL None in mine! She probably had a reaction from putting something else on. Sometimes products don’t work well with each other? Anyways, I love this stuff!! Will buy again!!

What happened?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to LOVE this moisturizer. But I just started using a new container of it and it’s awful - just like every recent review. It’s SO thick and sticky, almost like a body butter. But the worst part is the gritty bits. You can’t rub it into your skin without feeling like you’re rubbing sand on yourself. I thought maybe something was wrong with mine but seems like a reformulation. Was a diehard but will not be buying this anymore - it’s a horrible nighttime cream.
