Stays on!

Great price for an eyeliner that is exactly as advertised! Really stays on - even waterline! Very reflective shine! Green is a good balance of cool and warm, bright and defining. You can smudge it a bit, if you are quick!

I hate this!

I’ve used it twice. The pencil breaks apart as you use it. Today was my second try. Big mistake. It broke so that two small pieces landed under my eye. So, eye makeup remover, new layer of sunscreen, then concealer, then powder. There wasn’t a receipt in the box so I’m stuck with an overpriced eye pencil as I have no way to return it.
