Wouldn’t repurchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner has pros and cons. I appreciate that it’s long lasting. There was no transfer (I have hooded eyelids so I often have transfer with eyeliners). I didn’t love the formula however. It was not smooth or easy to apply. When I applied it, it seemed to drag and pull my skin rather than glide on.

I have very watery eyes/overactive tear ducts so I can only use waterproof eye liner and this pencil is great. No smudging and lasted most of the day for me despite accidentally rubbing my eyes a few times.
