Amazing fragrance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, Acqua Di Giò Profondo is just an absolute banger. If you already love it, you already know, but it really is one of the best modern "blue" scents you can get right now. It takes that classic, nostalgic 90s ocean DNA from the original and completely darkens it up to make it fit in today.When you first spray it, you get this massive, icy blast of salty sea notes and zesty green mandarin. It is incredibly sharp and clean, like diving into freezing ocean water. But what makes it special is how it changes after a few minutes. It starts showing this green, herbal side with rosemary and lavender, which makes it smell way more mature and sophisticated than a basic gym cologne.The best part is the dry-down. It leaves behind this super clean, mineral, rocky vibe mixed with patchouli and musk. It literally smells like wet stones on a beach after a storm.As far as performance goes, it’s a beast for a fresh fragrance. It projects heavily for the first couple of hours—people will smell you when you walk past, but it's never heavy or cloying. On skin, it easily hooks on for 6 to 8 hours because those dark, mineral base notes give it some real backbone.It is the ultimate "dumb reach" bottle.
