Formula changed

They got greedy and they changed the formula. Not the same. It washes off easily and doesn’t allow makeup to sit in place anymore.

They might have changed the formula, I feel like this product doesn’t keep my makeup as long lasting as it used to and just doesn’t seem like its doing much
