It was awful. Gave me raccoon eyes after a couple of hours smudged on my lids and under my eyes. I returned it!

Best Liquid Eyeliner for watery eyes

I have bad allergies so my eyes are constantly watering plus oily lids too. I literally can ONLY wear aqua resist color ink ALL DAY. It is the best thing i discovered in 2016 and use to this day.
