Amazing cream
Have been using it religiously for over 5 years now. Great consistency and moisturises my skin without it looking greasy. However I just bought the 75ml jar for the first time and was disappointed to find that it was made of plastic and not glass like their other creams and the 50ml size of this cream. Feels really cheap and lacking in quality for a ‘premium’ brand

Environmentally and cruelty free please
I wish Shiseido would invest in more cruelty-free cosmetics by re-employing previous technologies of skincare, which by the way still work. I hope it won't try to please the investors by propelling another set of research and development which involves testing on animals. Also the climate change is real, so please, do invest in refill stations. I don't care about the aesthetics. Thanks
