New formula flakes
This used to be my go-to mascara but recently (new formula?) it now flakes and melts. I even tried the waterproof formula to see if it was better but no. Looks unprofessional and I'm now on the hunt for a new mascara.

Great except for during summer
I love this mascara except that it does NOT hold up to a southern summer’s heat and humidity.
