[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When they decided how to name this product, they did not lie! It literally describes this blush to the T. Buttery, balmy, hydrating and creamy. I would even add that it makes your cheeks look so healthy, supple and naturally glowy. I have oily skin and this is perfection on me, so I know it will be great for dry skin too. 10000% recommend!!!!
