Pale brow winner at a great price point!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product at such a great price point! My pale brows look great in this Soft Blonde shade. Most pencils tend to look too harsh on my almost no see arch, and I have tried them all in higher price points. Color is natural, angled applicator is easy to use and the price point is unbeatable for quality of product delivered. Give it a try!
