I’m a big fan of this luxuriously creamy and beautifully scented lipstick. It is luxe and worth the money. The more substantial, magnetic case feels high end and stays together in your makeup bag. I’m very pleased with the environmental and economical refill option. I own this lipstick in the pale pink 612 Park Ave shade and love that I have the option to buy a bullet in any other color if I want to change it up. I had to do an exchange with my initial lipstick purchase and the Laura Mercier company handled it like pros and completely hassle-free! They exceeded my expectations and I will continue being a loyal customer. Companies that deliver on customer care is of utmost importance to me and everyone knows has been sorely lacking lately, but Laura Mercier is a class act company worthy of my repeat business.
