Glides on Beautifully.
A quality product which is easy to apply. The long pencil helps for a steady hand when applying. Very creamy but doesn't bleed. It compliments many of the lip balm glow colors. I tend not to use the brush as the pencil works great. Just so pretty!

Long lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an amazing liner! I loved it so much I bought it in 2 other colors. It lasts a long time and applies so smooth and creamy. Has great color payoff and is comfortable on the lips. Highly recommend.
