I use this for the inner waterline in my eye and this stays in place without bleeding or smudging and stays on for the day.

Favorite pencil liner
I’ve been using this for a year. It’s great for mature skin and more forgiving than liquid liner. The brown color is super rich. I’ve tried many others, but nothing compares to the color and smooth consistency of this product. Also, once it dries, it doesn’t budge.
