Adverse reaction to new formula

I have been using the double serum products for years & love them, however the Eye Serum formula has recently changed and I have had an adverse reaction to the new ingredients. I messaged Clarins about this and had to send in all the details including photos of the product etc before they would even send me a returns label. I have since returned the product and retained proof of postage but cannot get any further with a refund. It is impossible to speak to anyone and I have sent numerous online messages, which are never answered, I have been a loyal Clarins shopper for many years and have Gold status which I feel counts for nothing. Loyalty does not seem to matter. I am so disappointed.
