Spray not working

It seems there is a big issue with the quality of the sprays, I’ve had several that stop working after a short period of time, or arrive not working! I’ve contacted Clarins who say ‘all Clarins packaging is manufactured from quality materials and is subject to stringent quality controls at the point of manufacture’. It seems many reviews here disagree. I need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase before Clarins will look into it. I’ve got two bottles currently un-usable. I’ve worn Dynamisante for many years but the spray is so cheap and poorly made. I’m not convinced the scent lasts like it used to either!
