Very gentle & effective

I am a die-hard Lancome bifacial oil & have been for years. I love the fact that it is so gentle around the eyes. Up until now I had yet to find a product that could match that. They all will remove eye makeup but the benefit of the oil breaking down the eye products, waterproof or not is a struggle. Lancome is very expensive but I have found a replacement with the Sephora waterproof eye makeup remover! I just purchased my 2nd bottle! I use it the same way. Pour a nice amount on your cotton square, place on your eye & press gentle for a moment. As you gentle move it around, your eyeshadow has already disappeared & you will begin feeling the mascara & brow gels soften. I turn my square over at this point and fold to get right into my lashes gently rubbing until I feel the softness of my lashes. I just look up with my eyes closed to remove any from under my eyes & rub my waterline clean without any irritation at all. I've read the other reviews & I disagree. If you don't give the product time to work it won't work & that would go for Lancome bifacial remover as well. I will be faithfully repurchasing this product. I would highly recommend this product. These 55 yr old eyes get gentle treatment & this gives that.

Doesn’t work

I purchased this in hopes that it would replace the Lancome Bi-facil make up remover. And I returned it, it absolutely does not work as well, you have to rub so hard to remove the waterproof mascara, leaving your eyes red. Disappointing
