Disappointed

I was excited to try this product based on other reviews but it was disappointing. It felt like putting pure honey on my lips, sticky and messy with no real benefit. I’ll stick my tried and true moisturizing lip balms from Welda any day.

This is the one. I was looking for a lip mask to wear at night. I’ve tried laneige and tatcha, and this one takes the cake. The consistency is creamy but still feels like a mask rather than a basic lip balm. It’s not sticky, has a light flavor that isn’t overbearing, and it actually hydrates my lips. The others only made my lips feel worse when I didn’t have it on, and they wouldn’t stay on all night so I’d wake up in the middle of the night with lips that hurt because of how dry they feel. This one does not do that. It stays on and keeps my lips feeling hydrated even after the application has worn off. plus the packaging is adorable and the little applicator is so helpful!
