Too dry unfortunately!

The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and it goes on quite easily with decent pigment, but sadly it doesn’t last very long… it starts to smudge after just a few hours. I also found it a bit too dry for the eye area, it could definitely be softer and more comfortable to apply. Would’ve been much better if it was waterproof too!
