yes the smell and physical exfoliation is great, BUT for chemical exfoliation to really work its magic it's best if it's not washed off (at least for me) so adding this to my routine has helped but i also need a regular toner or lotion to get rid of bumps on my body.

Unfortunately I didnt notice a difference on my arms. Would not recommend.
