Defective product

Received the product either defective or the formula is terrible. The mascara was completely dried out. I understand that one-offs happen with products but I saw other reviews of this product mentioning that they also received this product and it was completely dried out. For the price, I don’t recommend, especially due to the probability that you’ll receive the product defective.

So horrible, clumpy, it’s not usable. The brush is caked in mascara no matter what you do to clean it, would not purchase again
