SOFT AND SHINY

I have long straight gray hair and I spray about 6 squirts onto my hands and apply to the ponytail area. Makes my hair soft and shiny.

Household cleaner smell?

I used my points to get a sample of this. I used it for the first time this morning, and I was actually compelled to come here and search reviews. While my hair feels soft, I don't understand what is going on with the smell. I'm not sure how to describe it, other than maybe a household bathroom cleaning product?! I can't get over it. The fact that so many reviews say this smells amazing is actually making me question my sanity. I'm giving it two stars because my hair feels nice, but I will not be getting past the smell.
