Beautiful Blush

ELF never disappoints. When they use words in their descriptions they mean it. When they say their eyeliners are "no budge" they are serious, when they say "luminous" you can't beat the glow. Love ELF products and this luminous cream blush is no exception. The Luminous Putty Blush is so easy to apply, almost blends itself, leaves a soft radiant glow and lasts until you decide to remove it. I am fair/light and chose the shade St. Barts. It is the finishing touch to brighten up my makeup and provide a beautiful shade that complements my skin tone. Highly recommend.
