packaging sucks!!

I absolutely love the colour and formula, but extremely frustrated with the packaging. I seen other reviews that said the same thing I'm about to say. How come I can't push the rest of my product out? I loved the balm so much, that i was already prepared to purchase another one, but looking for a different balm to replace.
