I have purchased this product many times, and it was always good. This time, it is dry and has too little color; it looks dry. I won't buy it again. This is a rip-off!

Darkest sleekest line!
I have used many other eyeliners throughout my lifetime and for the past twenty years this is my favorite so far! This is the smoothest and darkest application giving me those sleek above the eyelid line. I love it! It doesn’t smudge and stays in place for 8+ hrs.
