I purchased these products myself, and unfortunately both of them had already been opened and used. None of the items had their protective cellophane seal, which is a serious issue. One of the creams was partially dried, clearly showing it had been opened and used before. I have been using this eye cream for over 8 years, so I know exactly how it should look and feel. It was very obvious that the eye cream I received was not new and had been previously opened and used. This is completely unacceptable for products sold as new. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
