Why sodium hyaluronate there?

Why sodium hyaluronate is there? It's a coper peptide serum. If people want SH or hyaluronic acid , there are hundreds of serums dedicated to that ingredient. My skin sags after using SH which is the exact opposite what it should do and I am sad it's in this serum.
