Extremely dry, can barely apply any.

I’ve bought a ton of ELF products and have loved them all. This is the first time I’ve had to write a negative review. This shadow stick is so dry that I can barely get any to even stick to my eyelids. I have to press super hard to get any on them. It is supposed to glide on, and the eyelid is a very delicate area! When I could get any color to come out, it was very light. I had to throw it out.

It looks nice but I wish it wasn’t as subtle looking on my eyelids
