Used to be my favorite eyeliner
Terrible. The quality has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite eyeliner and for that reason I gave it the benefit of the doubt so many times. It has a handful of good uses but after that it leaks everywhere, smudges and dries out. You can see how the liquid leaks into the cap wasting so much product. I’m really disappointed, it feels like rare beauty got us hooked on some great products and then decreased their quality. Won’t be buying again.

Very inconsistent quality between re-orders. The tip becomes blunt quickly which makes it very hard to do a fine line cat eye. Very annoyed as I liked it initially but disappointed in the very different qualities between batches.
