Warning: not all formulas dispense — check yours!

I finished this product and only then opened the bottle to clean/recycle it. That’s when I discovered that one of the three chambers was still completely full and had never dispensed. That explains why the results felt mediocre the entire time. I was not using the full “triple serum” at any point, just part of it. The unused chamber contains a clear gel (the hyaluronic/peptide side). On its own it feels sticky and doesn’t absorb properly, which confirms this product is meant to be mixed during pumping. If one chamber doesn’t come out, the product does not perform as intended. After checking reviews, I found multiple users reporting the same issue. This is a packaging defect, not user error. For this price, this is unacceptable. You are paying for three formulas and may only receive part of them. I would not recommend this product and will be switching to something else. If you still decide to buy it, check from the very first use that all three chambers are dispensing.

I think is a great product for eyes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Serum, it is effective and smooth. I feel the difference it is a really good product. I have been using Lancome for over 30 years, and this is one of my new favorites, along with the eye cream.
