ADDICTED

I’ve been wanting to add more Jo Malone scents to my collection, and Scarlet Poppy is by far one of my favorites so far. There’s something about this fragrance that just embodies elegance. It has a beautiful sweetness to it, but it’s not overly sweet or overpowering. It feels warm, sophisticated, and effortlessly luxurious. 🤍 What’s funny is that when I first sprayed it on myself in the store, I honestly wasn’t sure how I felt about it. At first, I was getting a mix of different scents and couldn’t really make sense of it. But something told me to trust the process and give it a chance. And I’m so glad I did. As soon as I got to my house and sprayed it again on my wrist, it was completely different. It smelled absolutely beautiful, and I genuinely couldn’t stop smelling it. It had that warm, sweet, elegant feeling I was looking for, and everything just came together perfectly. I’m still on the hunt for more scents from Jo Malone, but Scarlet Poppy has definitely set the bar high.

I haven’t been a big Jo Malone fragrance fan in the past, but this scent is truly perfection! Ambrette as a top note is so rare! It really starts off this addictive scent journey with a sweet, musky scent bubble. This perfume is slightly powdery but also sweet and spicy in the best way. I would say it smells slightly wintery and seasonal but I wear it year around and love to layer it with fruit scents in the summer. Orris and poppy make it slightly powdery in the best way. The sweetness from the honeyed fig is the star.And the dry down that is anchored by the warm tonka bean ! An incredibly unique fragrance that layers well with many of my perfumed or can be a stand alone signature scent!
