liner/Shadow

Love this stuff- so smooth and long lasting. beautiful vibrant colors- i just wish they had a twist up instead of having to sharpen it. Plus side- they do include a great sharpener!

Love a eye shadow pencil!

I was so excited to see that Tarte launched eye shadow pencils! This makes application of eye shadow so easy, and I love the glimmer it adds to my makeup.
