Coverage and wearability is beyond perfection

Where's my Touche eclat le Teint???
Touche eclat le Teint in BR30 has been my go too foundation for many... many.... years. It's utter perfection, However, I can't find it in any store or online ANYWHERE! Even worse, I can't find out why? No one can give me a stright answer! Has it been discontinued? I so hope not! Or is a production issue? Either way I would very....much appreciated if someone could just put me out of my misery. I feel so frustrated
