Moisturizing, not brightening

My under eye felt moisturized but it was not the experience I was hoping for. If you’re looking for a dewy eye cream this is great, it just didn’t help with brightening for me.

Love this eye cream! It feels super smooth, brightens instantly, and makes my under-eyes look fresh and hydrated. Works perfectly under makeup and gives that healthy glow - definitely one of my favourites.
