I've been using this for years, switched to a few other toners and have always came back to this one. It makes my skin SO calm and balanced. Noticeable difference. I use it day & night as the first step after cleansing, and the key is to use a cotton pad to apply it. It cleanses the skin for a second time + balance it. I have sensitive dry skin.

Not the same anymore
Was very disappointed in this reformulated and rebranded tonic. It’s thicker and causes pilling with other products. The list of ingredients are similar but different, they added more ingredients near the end of the list including alcohol denat., which was not present in their previous formulation. My face was breaking out and itching. It’s not the same tonic that people use to rave about anymore. As someone who has used it for the past 4 years I’m disappointed. And the price hike, $30 more for something that is a of lower quality? Ridiculous. Do not recommend.
