Save your doll hairs.
I was so disappointed with this eyeliner. I rarely buy anything other than drugstore products, but I figured I could get my money’s worth with a liquid eyeliner. They usually last forever, ya know? This eyeliner was dried out when I BOUGHT IT. I tried to give it the benefit (Haha) of the doubt, but it was awful from the start.
