Super hydrating, easy to use toner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the texture of this toner because it’s not too sticky and it goes right into your skin. The instructions on the package are also very clear and easy to understand. My game definitely feels more hydrated after I use it. Although you would have to be careful with what you pair it to so your make up lasts longer!!!

Smooth feeling
