Save your money!

The worst!! Lip liner I have ever used. It crumbles as soon as you try to apply it. Then you have to sharpen it and it crumbles all over again. It’s not usable. I’ve had this since June, I keep it in a dry cool place. It’s not melted. It’s just crap.
