Doesn’t glide on smoothly like their other pencils & does not allow for smudging. This one is a miss.

Compliments daily!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many compliments! This eyeliner stays on, and it looks very nice with blue eyes. I bought this for my mom, and whenever we are out for a doctor’s appointment or shopping, people comment on how beautiful her eyes look. It’s this pencil that really brings out the blue :-)
