The cap comes off often

I do like how black this liner is and how it glides on. However, it is definitely not water proof. Id say I have somewhat watery eyes and When I wear it, it starts to run under my lash line after about 30 minutes. The only way it stays, is if I bake my water line with powder.

Horrible. Only way to get more product is to sharpen, and the case is plastic so a sharpener doesn’t work well with it! Don’t buy!
