This liner is not good at all. They used to make a great liner many many many moons ago and this one is just horrible. Doesn’t stay on and just isn’t dark enough.

Stays put great color

I bought this eyeliner because I realized Monica Belluci makeup is a perfect everyday look and this liner does not move after drying down. You can also use it on lips. I got it on sale and couldn’t be happier. Very comparable to the Victoria Beckham eyeliner I absolutely love.
